The Mary Martha Ministry at First Presbyterian Church is a means of reaching out and supporting our members in a tangible way during a time of bereavement. In the event of the death of a church member, these groups provide a meal for the family either before or after the funeral or memorial service.

These groups provide the food, serve and clean up to allow the family of the deceased to spend this time together. All of the women of the church are offered an opportunity to join one of these ministry groups. Participation in these groups is open to those who can cook and provide food, those who can provide funds to help buy paper products or some prepared dishes and those who are available to help serve. Members of a particular group are called on about once a year. Please consider joining in one of these special ministry groups.
